The Bridge Forward

 The Bridge Forward is a reentry initiative designed to help individuals returning home from incarceration build stability, dignity, and opportunity. Focused on the crucial first 72 hours after release, it provides hands-on support to reduce barriers and set a foundation for long-term success.

Harness stability on day one; our goal is to streamline the 10-day scheduling process for applications (ID, SSN, birth certs, SNAP/Medicaid, child support). Weeks slip by, jobs are lost, and violations spike.

 Within the first three days, participants are linked to medical care, mental health counseling, and addiction recovery resources, laying the groundwork for physical and emotional stability.

Each participant receives direct guidance on employment opportunities, reentry services, and community resources, with case managers walking alongside them to eliminate confusion and build a clear path forward.
